Ample

Ample as cups of the holy King
to amplify each wondrous thing
that earth and loving heaven bring,
His loyal servants songs will sing.
Former bonds of slavery
replaced by freedom’s bravery
beyond this world of knavery
to taste the banquet savory.
On wings of freedom to alight
to currents free of cruel fight
and soar above in peaceful flight
from night to blazing golden light.
